(MENAFN)According to official data, China's road cargo transport listed strong expansion in the first six months of 2021.
Data from the Ministry of Transport showed that the road freight rate reached almost 18.48 billion tons in the first half to rise 29 percent annually.
In addition, the central province of Hubei witnessed the fastest expansion in the first half, with an expansion volume of 204.9 percent.
The ministry added that the fixed-asset investment in road construction stood at 1.15 trillion yuan (about USD177.9 billion) in the first half of the year to increase 13.8 percent yearly.
