GCC Secretary Gen. praises Saudi Arabia' s pilgrimage services


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RIYADH, July 20 (KUNA) -- GCC Secretary General Dr. Nayef Al-Hajraf praised on Tuesday the services that Saudi Arabia provided for the Hajj pilgrims, affirming that it was a huge honor and great responsibility.
In a statement, Al-Hajraf affirmed that Saudi Arabia have taken this task since the rule of Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman, the first King of Saudi Arabia, until the current King Salman bin Abdulaziz.
He also conveyed his congratulations on Eid Al-Adha to the Saudi King, and his Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman, wishing happy returns of this joyful occasion to the Kingdom and both Muslim and Arab worlds. Also, on the successful Hajj season which comes in special circumstances this year because of Coronavirus pandemic.
Al-Hajraf praised the efforts of all the workers in organizing Hajj, asking Allah Almighty to preserve peace and security over the holy lands. (end)
