China holds global service trade exhibition in September


(MENAFN)Authorities stated on Tuesday, July 13, that the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS), a main platform for the service trade in the country, will happen in early September in Beijing.

Commerce ministry official Chen Chunjiang stated at a press conference that China will increase the opening up of the service sector and further ease market admission constraints.

Yan Ligang, head of the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau stated, stressing openness, collaboration, and global economic revival, the CIFTIS 2021 will concentrate on current topics such as the digital economy and carbon neutrality.

Apart from the traditional venue of the China National Convention Center, some CIFTIS events will happen in Shougang Park, a new city landmark, once a vacated industrial place in Shijingshan District, added Yan.
