Global coronavirus update, adding Italy, Lebanon and Luxembourg

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, July 6 (KUNA) -- A number of countries across the globe on Tuesday declared their deaths and infections of the coronavirus (COVID-19) over the past 24 hours.
In Rome, the Italian health department on Tuesday reported listing 24 deaths related to the coronavirus in addition to 907 infection cases past 24 hours.
It said the death toll rose to 127,704 and the caseload stood at 4,264,704, adding that there were 187 patients in intensive care units during the same period.
In Beirut, the local health ministry announced that the caseload jumped to 545,965 with registration of 294 new cases, over the last 24 hours, adding that two of the covid patients died raising the toll of the fatalities to 7,865.
The Ministry of Health in Luxembourg Tuesday reported 118 new cases of
coronavirus raising the total number to 71,547. No new death from Covid-19 was reported, leaving the total death toll in Luxembourg at 818. (pickup previous)
