Riyadh, July 1, 2021, SPA -- President of the Saudi General Court of Audit (GCA) Dr. Hussam bin Abdulmohsen Al-Angari will be heading the GCA delegation participating in the 62nd Governing Board Meeting of the Arab Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (ARABOSAI), to be held in Qatar on June 5-6, 2021.
The meeting will discuss a number of reports, including the report of the Chairman of the Governing Board. The Board will also discuss the Secretary General's report on the Board's and General Secretariat's activities. It is set to discuss adopting the work plan for training and scientific research 2021, and adopting the final account for 2020 and approving the budget for 2021.
The GCA is the Second Vice Chairman of ARABOSAI's Governing Board and will be chairing ARABOSAI for a three-year term as of 2022. GCA will be hosting the next 14th General Assembly set to take place in 2022. Moreover, GCA represents ARABOSAI in the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI) and is the 2nd Vice Chairman of its Governing Board, Chairman of INTOSAI's Policy, Finance, and Administration Committee, and Co-chairs the INTOSAI-Donor Steering Committee.
