(MENAFN)According to the top procuratorate, 405 suspects in this regard were detained, said the remarks in the first month since a new amendment to China's Criminal Law took effect on March 1.
Case statistics released by the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) showed that a total amount of 101 suspects were revealed.
The SPP analysis stated that most of these cases caught up minor violence, and there were close connections amid such offenses and drunkenness.
According to the SPP data, such violations held as the suspects were trying to impede police enforcement. After sobering up, most of the suspects showed regret.
