(MENAFN)Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs declined that there was "a preliminary agreement" in continuing Vienna talks in the restoration of the Iranian 2015 nuclear deal (JCPOA).
Saeed Khatibzadeh, the spokesman of the ministry, stated that "There is no such a thing as a preliminary agreement, and no agreement will reach unless all conditions are met."
Khatibzadeh further declared that discussions are still continuing and an important part of the work is completed in the working groups in Vienna saying that resolving the remaining issues require "political decision."
The US administration under former President Donald Trump removed from the JCPOA in May 2018 and unilaterally re-imposed sanctions on Iran.
