Coalition: Houthi militias target Abha Airport South S. Arabia


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) JEDDAH, May 10 (KUNA) -- The coalition forces for supporting the legitimacy in Yemen declared on Monday intercepting and destroying a booby-trapped drone launched by "the terrorist Houthi militias" targeting civilians and civil locations at Abha Airport in South Saudi Arabia.
Official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) in a statement on Twitter affirmed that the militia's bid to attack the airport was carried out in a premeditated manner and constituted a war crime.
The alliance pledged to take all necessary measures to deal with sources of such threats in line with the humanitarian international law and conventions. (end)
