Pakistan: Terror assault leaves 3 soldiers dead, 5 wounded in Balochistan


(MENAFN) On Sunday, May. 9 an army report stated that three soldiers died and another five were wounded in two different terrorist assaults in Pakistan's southwest Balochistan province.

The military's media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) noted in the report that one of the assault occurred in the provincial capital of Quetta where militants assaulted paramilitary troops Frontier Corps (FC) sent on security duties.

The report further said that the assault claimed the lives of three soldiers and wounded one.

The report added that in another terrorist action in Turbat area of Balochistan, terrorists aimed at FC soldiers patrolling down the Pakistan-Iran border, wounding four of them.
