JNRCS, Kuwaiti Red Crescent distribute ''Eid clothing'' cards to Syrian families


(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN — The Jordan National Red Crescent Society (JNRCS), in cooperation with the Kuwaiti Red Crescent, distributed ''Eid clothing'' cards to Syrian families, as part of the ''Eid Al Fitr Clothing'' project for 2021, in cooperation with the Kuwaiti embassy in the Kingdom.

Head of JNRCS Mohammed Hadid praised the important role of the Kuwaiti Red Crescent and its continuous support to the activities of JNRCS, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan Aziz Al Daihani said that the event aims to fulfill the needs of some people in society, according to Petra. 

In relation to Kuwait's unwavering support towards the Palestinian cause, he also highlighted Kuwait's offering of meals for people fasting in Al Aqsa Mosque during the month of Ramadan 

A total of 1,300 shopping cards with a value of JD50 for each have been distributed to Syrian families across the Kingdom.
