China approves two new IPO applications


(MENAFN)China's securities watchdog has endorsed the initial public offering (IPO) applications of two firms.

Wuhu Fuchun Dye and Weave Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Shaoxing Ruifeng Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. will be put on the A-share market, the China Securities Regulatory Commission stated in a report.

The commission did not state the total finances to be raised.

The firms and their underwriters will affirm IPO dates and issue their prospectuses following talks with the stock exchanges.
