(MENAFN)Saudi Capital Market Authority reported the support of International Central Securities Depositories Instructions by the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), effective May 6, the current year.
Edaa further stated that the instructions adjust the linkage application process and its conditions, related Depository Center accounts, and additional general provisions.
The development is reliable with Saudi Vision 2030 that has a program to form a regulatory environment in keeping with international best practices and to improve Saudi capital markets’ attractiveness to foreign investors.
