Amazon to add Pakistan on its sellers list


(MENAFN) E-commerce giant Amazon will include Pakistan to its official sellers list in a matter of a few days, with the South Asian country joining 102 other nations on its platform.

Declaring the development on Thursday, Prime Minister Imran Khan stated it will open up new prospects for young men and women.

Khan said on Twitter: "a great development as Amazon has finally approved that our sellers can export their goods through their system. Amazon starting operations in Pak will open opportunities for our youth as it will enable a new breed of young men & women entrepreneurs to join the export market."

Previously, the adviser to the Prime Minister for Commerce and Investment also corroborated the improvement.
