China approves two new IPO applications


(MENAFN)China's securities watchdog has accepted the initial public offering (IPO) applications of two firms.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission stated in a report that Wuhu Fuchun Dye and Weave Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Shaoxing Ruifeng Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. will be put on the A-share market.

The commission did not identify the total finances to be raised.

The firms and their underwriters will affirm IPO dates and issue out their prospectuses after talks with the stock exchanges.
