(MENAFN)China released a principle on Friday, May 7, to support social speculation in 13 main rural and agricultural sectors to increase rural vitalization.
The sectors comprise modern planting and breeding, farm-produce dispensation and circulation, new kind of rural services, agricultural technological innovation and rural communications, stated the principle jointly issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the national administration for rural vitalization at a press discussion.
Efforts should also be made to generate new approaches to spend, construct stages for collaboration and develop the environment of investment, according to the principle.
Highlighting the development of rural vitalization, Liu Huanxin, vice minister of agriculture and rural affairs, advised rural and agricultural authorities to collaborate with fiscal institutions to offer better fiscal services.
