DUBAI, 6th May, 2021 (WAM) -- As part of their ongoing cooperation, Dubai Customs has organised a virtual meeting with their Saudi counterparts to discuss best practices in the human resources sector.
Attendees to the meeting from Dubai Customs included Abdul Aziz Albloushi, Senior Manager, HR Development and Planning Section, Dr. Fatma Juma, Acting Senior Manager, Organisational Development Section, Ahmed Khalaf Alhousani, Senior Manager, Employee Relationships Section, and Amir Abdul Razzaq Al Awadhi, Senior Manager, Recruitment Section.
Saudi Customs participants included Adel Barja, Director of Corporate Communication Department; Yahia Ghazwani, General Manager, Rewards Department; Salih Alkhraiji, Manager, Rewards Department; Hanan Alaqeel, General Manager, Recruitment Department, and others.
During the meeting, Dubai Customs viewed the Saudi Customs' HR strategic plan and their exceptional recruitment experience. The Saudi delegates also presented their development strategies, and their training academy programmes that target inspectors and leaders.
Dubai Customs highlighted its experience in performance management and smart objectives across the different performance stages.
