China approves four sci-tech firm IPOs


(MENAFN) China's securities watchdog has accepted the initial public offerings (IPOs) of four firms on the science and technology innovation board.

According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Chengdu Shengnuo Biotec Co., Ltd., Shandong Kehui Power Automation Co., Ltd., Shanghai Haoyuan Chemexpress Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Greenway Technology Co., Ltd. will be put on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's sci-tech innovation board, usually recognized as the STAR marketplace.

The firms and their underwriters will affirm the IPO dates and issue out prospectuses after talks with the stock exchange.
