(MENAFN- The Conversation) Lecturer in Film and Television Studies,
I received my BA (Media Arts) from Royal Holloway, University of London, my MA (Film Studies) from the University of Reading and my PhD (Film and Television Studies) from the University of Warwick. Prior to joining the University of Leicester, I taught film, television and media studies at the University of Warwick, Bath Spa University and Sheffield Hallam University. Although my research focus is contemporary film and television, with a particular focus on gender and the family, I will never miss an opportunity to discuss the merits of Back to the Future, which I''ve been known to (controversially) claim to be the greatest film ever made.
