Was a founding partner of the Montreal office and held a number of senior positions, including Co-Chair of the national Mergers & Acquisitions group for over a decade, Head of the Corporate Group in the Montreal office and Member of the Executive Committee.
-Former Supreme Court of Canada Law Clerk to Bertha Wilson (the first woman appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada) and former research assistant to the Chief Justice of Canada (retired) Brian Dickson
-Law degrees from the Universities of Oxford, Toronto and Montreal; undergraduate Honours degree in history and philosophy from Queen's University
