(MENAFN)The amount of real estate offices in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah area increased by nearly a third previous year, while the amount of transactions improved and works on some of the city’s biggest projects kept pace in spite of the challenges caused by the Coronavirus pandemic.
The amount of real estate offices in Makkah stood at 154 in last year, a 32.76 percent improvement from the 116 marked at the end of 2019.
The improvement in manpower shows as figures from the Ministry of Justice declared that the total amount rate of real estate transactions in last year in Makkah reached SR 901.48 million (USD240.39 million).
This was an improvement of 4.31 percent in comparison to the SR 864.24 million in transactions registered in 2019.
