(MENAFN)Russia is dedicated to a peaceful solution of the Ukrainian crisis, stated Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
All sides must concentrate on implementation of the Minsk Agreement, Lavrov further stated during a phone call with Anne Linde, the Chairperson-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation (OSCE) and Sweden’s Minister for Foreign Affairs.
Minsk Agreements were inked in 2014 and 2015 to halt a continuing disagreement amid pro-Russian separatists and the Kyiv administration.
Lavrov expressed concern over the escalation "caused by the transfer of Kyiv's personnel and weapons to the line of contact."
