(MENAFN)Official statistics revealed that most of the capital supplies monitored by the government saw higher prices in early April compared with late March in 2021.
According to the National Bureau of Statistics, of the 50 main supplies monitored by the government, counting seamless steel tubes, gasoline, coal, fertilizer and some chemicals, 27 witnessed an upsurge in their prices, while 22 saw lower prices, and the price of one stayed unchanged.
Hog prices dropped 11.9 percent throughout the period.
The reading, issued every 10 days, is based on a study of almost 2,000 wholesalers and distributors in 31 provincial-level areas.
