(MENAFN)A government statement revealed on Wednesday, April 14, that South Korea's export of information and communication technology (ICT) goods kept increasing for the 10th successive month last month.
The ICT export made up USD17.41 billion last month, as it increased 8.9 percent from a year earlier, according to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. It continued to augment since June 2020.
Import in the ICT sector increased 15.7 percent to USD10.93 billion, sending the trade excess in March to USD6.48 billion.
The daily average export of ICT goods extended 8.9 percent last month because of sturdy demand for locally-made semiconductors and mobile phones.
