Jordan- King receives phone calls from Arab leaders


(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Sunday received phone calls from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, Egypt President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Lebanese President Michel Aoun, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who expressed their countries' full solidarity with Jordan, under His Majesty's leadership.

The King also received phone calls from King Mohammed VI of Morocco, King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain, Qatar Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, and Kuwait Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, who expressed their countries' full solidarity with Jordan, under His Majesty's leadership.

Moreover, King Abdullah received similar phone calls from Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is also deputy prime minister and minister of defence of Saudi Arabia; Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi and the deputy supreme commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces; and Kuwait Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah.

The leaders also voiced support for all measures and decisions taken by Jordan to safeguard its security and stability, according to a Royal Court statement.
