DOHA, March 7 (KUNA) -- Qatari Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani held talks on Sunday with the visiting Yemeni Minister of Foreign Affairs Ahmad Awad bin Mubarak on mutual cooperation,
The Qatari news agency quoted Sheikh Mohammad as affirming Doha's unwavering support for keeping unity of Yemen and restoring its security and stability.
He called for ending the war, adopting dialogue and conciliation and implementing relevant UN Security Council's resolutions namely Resolution 2216.
Separately, he held talks with the US envoy for Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad over latest developments in the region namely in Afghanistan. (end)
