Burkina Faso: Six people killed as ambulance knocks explosive machine


(MENAFN) On Wednesday, Mar. 3 administration spokesperson Ousseni Tamboura stated that six people lost their lives after an ambulance kocked an explosive machine on Tuesday in northeast Burkina Faso.

The spokesperson stated: "the coward and barbaric incident that occurred while the ambulance was ensuring a medical evacuation to the capital Ouagadougou claimed the lives of six people."

The dead comprised a woman patient and her husband, two members of the nursing personnel, a girl, and the ambulancier.

Ousseni Tamboura noted that the administration of Burkina Faso denounced most firmly this criminal action committed by faithless people and expressed its commiseration to the bereaved families.
