GENEVA, Feb 16 (KUNA) -- Swiss health authorities on Tuesday declared recording 1,075 new contamination cases with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in addition to death of 35 patients on Monday.
It estimated the caseload at more than 544,000 and deaths' total count at at 9,106.
Number of patients who were hospitalized, during the past two weeks, amounted to 505, it said, adding that more than 4.1 million swab tests have been conducted since February. (end)
