(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Ramallah, Jan. 24 (Petra) -- A Palestinian worker from the West Bank city of Tulkarm was killed by Israeli toxic gas as he was trying to cross into the 1948 occupied lands, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
In a statement, the Ministry said that the occupation soldiers fired toxic tear gas canisters against a number of Palestinian labourers in the area, leaving one of them dead after suffering a heart attack due to inhaling the gas.
Also today, Israeli troops stormed the cities of Hebron, Bethlehem, Ramallah, Tulkarm and Jenin, and arrested 13 citizens under the pretext that they are wanted by the occupation authorities, according to the Palestinian Prisoners Society.
