Joint director of information says newspapers disobey rules of publication


(MENAFN)On Saturday, officials said that authorities in Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir fell 48 newspapers from a panel that makes journals qualified to run government announcements.

According to Anadolu Agency, Haris Handoo, joint director of information stated that eight others were suspended temporarily in Kashmir, as 10 dailies have been engraved the panel totally.

Those that have been slumped temporarily could be returned on the panel if they hold to government-mandated rules of, for example, on usual publishing and conveyed required copy numbers, he added.

He further said that the newspapers that were dropped from the panel have to organizer a completely new application, declaring that many of them had disobeyed these rules.
