(MENAFN) An administration official said to Xinhua that on Monday night, Jan. 11, a great blast aimed at a security patrol in Yemen's southern port city of Aden.
The local administration resource stated on condition of secrecy that the blast, due to an Improvised Explosive Device (IED), hit a security patrol in Aden's neighborhood of Mansourah, harming the automobile at the site.
He affirmed that there have been no instant reports of casualties amongst the security staff.
According to witnesses, more security soldiers have reached the site and started investigating the occurrence.
