(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Jan. 9 (Petra)-The weather will be relatively cold in most regions countrywide, and fair in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, with southeasterly moderate winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
On Sunday, similar weather conditions are set to prevail nationwide, the JMD update showed.
Meanwhile On Monday, mercury is tipped to rise slightly, and the weather will be fair almost countrywide, and relatively warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, with southeasterly moderate winds, the JMD report said.
Also on Saturday, the mercury in Amman ranges between 17 Celsius degree, dropping into 5C at night, while the Gulf of Aqaba will see a fair, sunny 27C, sliding into 7C during nighttime.
