Saudi- Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques sends a formal invitation to Emir of Qatar to attend 41st GCC Summit


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Doha, December 29, 2020, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a formal invitation to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, to attend the 41st GCC Summit set to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on January 5, 2021.
The invitation was received by Emir of Qatar, during his meeting with the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council for Arab States, Dr. Nayef Falah Al-Hajraf.
During the meeting, they reviewed the Council's achievements made to Member States' peoples, especially in social, economic, and commercial fields.
The Secretary-General stated that GCC enters its fifth decade with substantial achievements, excellent cooperation, and a common aspiration for a constructive and bright future to achieve Gulf citizens' aspirations.
