(MENAFN) On Wednesday, Dec. 16, since Brazil has witnessed more than 7 million cases and 183,735 deceases, the country's administration initiated a campaign in order to inform people about the significance of taking the vaccine against coronavirus.Secretary of Health Surveillance Arnaldo Medeiros stated in the presentation of the National COVID-19 Vaccination Plan at the presidential head office: "today we are launching a communication campaign in two phases."The campaign intends to comfort the citizens about the safety of coronavirus vaccines endorsed by national health regulator Anvisa.According to Medeiros, the first stage "intends to enlighten the population about the efficacy of the vaccines the country is going to use, as well as our operational capacity to distribute them."
