(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Dec 3 (KUNA) -- China announced on Thursday 16 new COVID-19 cases and no death has been recorded during the past 24 hours.
Chinese news agency (XINHUA) quoted a statement by the National Commission as saying the total number of registered infections rose to 86,567 people, and the total number of deaths stabilized at 4,634 people.
It added that 18 recovered patients left hospitals, bringing the total number of recoveries to 81,667, with 266 people who are still receiving treatment. (end)
