(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ANKARA, Nov 27 (KUNA) -- Some 177 patients died of the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19), and 29,845 people tested positive for the disease in Turkey over the last 24 hours, Health Minister Fahrettin Koca said on Friday.
Thus, the latest figures raised the death toll and infections since the outbreak of the viral illness in Turkey to 13,191 and 481,198 respectively, Koca was quoted by Anadolu Agency as saying in a press statement.
The number of recoveries shot up to 392,616 after registering 3,845 new recoveries over the past 24 hours, he noted. (end)
