Jordan- JAF partakes in military drill in Egypt


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Nov. 24 (Petra) – The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) is joining the militaries of five Arab countries in land, naval and air wargames currently taking place in Egypt's northern military zone
The drill, dubbed: "Sword of Arabs" includes in-class education on joint operational concepts, JAF said in a statement Tuesday, adding that the exercise saw commando forces train on tactical camouflage and concealment tactics as well as mock attacks on enemy targets.
A number of JAF units and formations are taking part in the drill which will run through November 26th, alongside the armies of Egypt, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Sudan, and Saudi Arabia.
