(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) ISTANBUL, Oct 30 (KUNA) -- Kuwaitآ's Consul General in Istanbul Mohammad Al-Mohammad on Friday affirmed that all Kuwaiti nationals in Turkey are safe following the earthquake that hit some areas, southeast Turkey, earlier in the day.
The consul, in a statement to KUNA, urged all Kuwaitis to be cautious and abide by the competent authoritiesآ' instructions in such cases.
He expressed the consulate's readiness to provide assistance and respond to all inquiries at: 05306902097.
Turkish emergency and disaster department reported a 6.6-magnitude earthquake in Aegean Sea off Izmir city, west of Turkey, that led to the killing of six persons and wounding of 202 others. (end) ta.hm
