(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) VIENNA, Oct 25 (KUNA) -- Total infections, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Austria, stood at 81,730 after 2,786 cases in the last 24 hours, said a health source Monday.
A statement by the Health Ministry indicated that the number of deaths stood at 965. Those overcoming the infection were over 56,971.
Around two million tests were conducted since the outbreak began in the country.
Meanwhile, Hungary reported 3,149 cases and 35 deaths in the last 24 hours.
The tally for deaths and infections hit 1,425 and 59,249 respectively. (end)
