His research interests are in the area of oil and gas law, energy law, environmental law, international law. After earning his J.D. from University of Oradea, he practiced law in Romania as an attorney at law. In 2016 he received an LL.M. in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University – Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He also holds an LL.M. in European Law from University of Oradea and a B.A. in International Relations and European Studies from the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest.
