(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Doha: The Qatari Forum for Authors is preparing to launch a new initiative entitled ‘The Cultural Platform', under the supervision of a Qatari writer, Hamad Al Tamimi on November 8, 2020.
The recording of all episodes have been completed during which over 30 guest including writers, intellectuals and those interested in literature and culture participated, said the Ministry of Culture and Sports in a statement.
The idea of the initiative is host a Qatari or expatriate guest for the Cultural Platform under which they deliver their message within 15 minutes.
The initiative aims to promote culture through a message that the intellectual adopts and works to deliver to followers with the aim of making a positive impact.
The Cultural Platform also aims at introducing the community and authors in particular to a variety of initiatives and messages adopted by the Qatari intellectual. The platform will provide an opportunity to promote the different generations of intellectuals and build bridges of communication between them.
