(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BAGHDAD, Oct 17 (KUNA) -- The Iraqi Ministry of Health on Saturday reported 56 deaths due to COVID-19, taking the country's tally to 10,198.
In a press statement, the ministry also reported 3,221 more cases of the infectious respiratory illness, raising the overall count of confirmed cases to 423,524, including Kurdistan.
However, recovery numbers now stand at 357,291, the statement noted. (end)
