(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) VIENNA, Oct 16 (KUNA) -- The total infections, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Austria, stood at 61,806 after 1,163 cases were reported in the last 24 hours, said a health source Friday.
A statement by the Health Ministry indicated that the number of deaths stood at 877. Those overcoming the infection were over 46,798.
Some 1.8 million tests were conducted since the outbreak began in the country.
There are 664 people receiving treatment with 119 patients in ICU. (end)
