Iran-Qatar 7th joint economic committee to be held in Tehran


(MENAFN) The Energy Ministry portal, Paven, declared that Tehran, the capital of Iran, will be hosting the seventh meeting of Iran-Qatar joint economic committee, by the end of 2020.

On Tuesday, 13th of October, in an online meeting between Reza Ardakanian, the Iranian Energy Minister, and Ali bin Ahmad Al Kuwari, the Minister of Commerce and Industry in Qatar, who are the representatives of mentioned committee, made the decision.

The two parties agreed to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU), in the forthcoming meeting and work on improving and strengthening trade ties between them, in the near future.
The meeting was concluded with Al Kuwari inviting the Iranian minister to visit Qatar in the second week of the next Iranian calendar month of Aban, which starts on the 22nd of October.
