(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, Oct 11, 2020, SPA -- The Undersecretaries of the ministries of higher education and scientific research of the member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) held here virtually today their 20th meeting.
The meeting discussed the decisions reached by the GCC Supreme Council in its 40th session related to higher education of the GCC countries as well as the efforts of the ministries of higher education and scientific research of the GCC countries in facing the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) as well as a number of issues.
The meeting issued a number of recommendations that will be submitted to the next meeting of the committee of ministers of higher education and scientific research of the GCC member countries.
