Now, all RERD branches are ISO 9001:2015 certified


(MENAFN- Editorial) The Real Estate Registration Department (RERD) in the emirate of Sharjah has passed the external audit of the Total Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015 after successfully implementing this global system in all its sectors and sections.

The external audit, conducted by the British Standards Institute (BSI), covered all the branches of the department, including the new branch in Dibba Al-Hisn.

Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Real Estate Registration Department, said the department moves ahead forward with scientific, studied and steady steps on the path of excellence.

"This is in line with the vision of the emirate, and the directives of the prudent leadership to deliver the best services possible to all customers, be they Emiratis or residents."

Al Shamsi added that certifying to the "ISO 9001: 2015" in all the department branches is a translation of the strategic policy of the senior management that "sets customer happiness and satisfiction as a top priority."

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Director of the Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence in the Real Estate Registration Department, paid tributes to all employees for their dedication that made this achievement happen.

"The external audit team consisted of five auditors who examined the work of 24 employees in all the sectors and sections of the department branches."
