(MENAFN) The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) has stated in a latest survey that almost half of firms in Britain accounted reduce in domestic sales in the third quarter (Q3) of 2020 in spite of much of the business reviving.

The BCC's Quarterly Economic Survey stated that along with 6,410 firms surveyed by the BCC, 46 percent of them recorded a refuse in domestic sales in Q3, losing as of 73 percent in the preceding quarter, proposing a continuing feeble appearance in the middle of the crash of Coronavirus pandemic.

Suren Thiru head of economics at the BCC stated that "Our latest survey indicates that underlying economic conditions remained exceptionally weak in the third quarter,".
