(MENAFN) The official IRNA news agency reported that two people sustained injuries as the training airplane they were abroad smashed in northern Iran on Friday.
The report detailed that the casualties reported as the plane collided near Azadi Airport of Nazarabad town in Iran's Alborz province, 89 km to the northwest of the capital Tehran.
Citing regional emergency center, the report said that the pilot and the trainee have some bone fractures and the injuries are not serious.
The police have not yet identified the cause of the accident.
