Kuwait special forces to train on Failaka island


(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Sept 24 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Ministry of Interior declared on Thursday the special forces would execute field drills with live ammunition on Failaka island on September 27.
The maneuvers, due to proceed until October 1, are scheduled betweeen 8 a.m. and 11 p.m., the ministry said in a statement.
It warned seagoers against approaching the shooting ranges during the abovementioned period.
Navy patrols will bar anyone who may try to get close to the mock battles' locations. (end)
