Saudi Press: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the First Donor Country to Yemen


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Riyadh, September 18, 2020, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at the local, regional, and international arenas.
Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has exerted unprecedented and unremitting efforts in confronting the outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus Pandemic, applying a whole slew of various and effective precautionary measures.
The editorial added that in this regard, a royal approval issued for allowing international travel for excluded groups with applying precautionary and preventive measures.
The editorial concluded that according to the health protocols for this new stage, non-Saudis are not allowed to enter the Kingdom without having medical reports indicating free from infection with COVID-19 and from a reliable and accredited agencies outside the Kingdom.
Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the first donor country to Yemen over years.
The paper added that since the Iran-backed Houthi militia's coup against Yemeni legitimacy, Saudi Arabia, under the generous direction of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince has provided a whole slew of various assistance and unremitting support through the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and relief Center (KSRelief).
