Israeli jets shell monitoring point northern Gaza


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Gaza, Aug. 10 (Petra) - Israeli war planes on Monday shelled a Palestinian monitoring point east of Beit Hanoun in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.
According to Palestinian sources, Israeli jets fired a number of missiles against a monitoring point belonging to the Palestinian resistance east of Beit Hanoun, causing damages to property, but no injuries were reported.
The occupation army spokesman claimed that the bombing came in response to the launching of incendiary balloons from the Strip today.
